Just her close confinement last night plus the wild weather. I can see where she is off this morning. I let her out early as soon as the power went back on, but still, especially with her health issues, it is imperative that I keep her stress level down. She is huddled on the bed, with her tail tucked around her- last night was a bit to much for her.
I take her and others into the vet in about an hour. Another stress for her. A friend is coming to take the three new ones so we can keep them apart and she can travel with me alone in my car.
I hope this is nothing but the stress of the storm. Please know you are in my thoughts.
we are purrrrring hard for all of you and will keep checking back for updates on the v-e-t visit
Oh, poor little thing. The thing I hate MOST is feeling like a traitor while stuffing an already sick cat into a carrier and hauling them to the vets. I used to have a vet that made house calls and it made such a huge difference. But, alas, she moved away.
