His hopefully last surgery will take place on Friday. They will try (after repeated failed attempts) to sew him up and see if this time he will heal. His recheck was this morning, and I was sure hoping I could file the e-cone back in the drawer- but he still has to wear it. I thought he was scabbing over, but that’s not what I was looking at apparently. Poor boy- he has really been through it and could use prayers-

My best wishes to the poor guy. He’s been through a lot. He should have his own recovery room at the hospital after all this time.
Plus his own parking spot! I guess the good news is that everyone who cares for him has really fallen in love with him. I just want him to get better so I can take that dratted cone off his head and let him just be a cat again. I am just praying that the inflammation won’t flare up and pop open the sutures again.
