That’s what Jet-Eye said this morning when I went in to scrub his wounds and greet him. The affliction on his skin seems to be growing under his legs. The vet says it’s not ringworm- hopefully today the results will be in and we will find out what it is.
I have said so many times that I want no more babies, but I got to tell you if I lived closer, Jet-Eye would be mine, that is if I were to be able to pass the home visit. I would love to let him adopt me as his human slave!
my little black lover man Bill Bill is 15 now and has a thyroid condition that requires medication 2 times a day and has a heart murmer, I know he will not be here in another 15 years, hope I am wrong, but……
Sue if this cat was 100% healthy, I wouldn’t even think twice about getting him to you ASAP. But he’s not and what he has for now is pretty long-term so keeping his stress level is so important. I have no doubt you would pass any home check from any rescue group. We still don’t know what this cat has that is spreading over his body- results aren’t back for some reason (probably the storm might have something to do with it). For now, he will stay here, regain his health and get some much-needed groceries and his cleansing baths and we will just take it a day at a time.
kitty is more important right now, I have to see if I can get some funds to help with the vet bill on him. I know you will find him a great home when the time is right.
