I put in my friend Diane’s CD in my player for Stryker. Diane makes therapy CD’s for animals and sells them at www.harpofhope.com. I am thrilled to say that Stryker has eaten (not a lot) but he has eaten about a handful of dry food and several temptation treats!!! Hurrah for Stryker 2! When one of mine hasn’t eaten for a while, I don’t care what food he eats to get him started, so long as his organs are working to digest it. What a relief. How is Bentley doing?
I have one cat, Sweet Pea (now 16 years old) who was bleeding from his mouth in 2009. Brought him in and the vet could not find anything wrong with his gums or teeth and yet he still bled. Would come home sometimes to what looked like a crime scene with blood splatter everywhere. He would be so weak at that point and the ONLY thing he would eat were Temptations. Feeding him that for days over the course of weeks kept him going until the bleeding finally stopped. (Never did find out what was going on but we assumed it was some sort of cyst in his throat that would get aggravated and rupture when he would go crazy licking and biting due to allergies.) Prayers that Stryker continues to regain his appetite
