We have a skunk that has been spraying the cat enclosure so the family came inside tonight. Aurora has enough to deal with without having to worry about a skunk who wants the food she smells inside the enclosure.

Aurora is being a great momma cat. I just ordered my old arthritic cat another lecto soft outdoor heated pet pad, although it will be used indoors and on a screened porch. Thank you for the heated pad! I need those badly especially with winter coming on. The two in the corner are just playing. Sundance is the largest kitten so suspect he will be alpha of the group. He likes to put the others in their place. I have a call to George to come up and see if we can widen Aurora’s new home. I need to give her an escape hatch so she can get away from the mob! I am also bottle feeding the kittens to take the pressure off of mom who has to be so doggone tired of all these kittens by now. I feel bad that she has so many to contend with- but hopefully after tonight- George will work his magic and make her place bigger- and get her a kitty retreat.
