This morning, I received an email from a former adopter of mine asking me if I had a Siamese or Siamese Mix available? I didn’t. Susie adopted Jacks, a little Siamese kitten several years ago and I was sad to learn that her older Siamese, Taz had succumbed to liver cancer. I told Susie about Jordan (just in case) but also told her that if one “crossed my path”(because it looked like Jordan is going to adapt after all) I would let her know.
I got off the computer and heard a shout from Mike that the trap was sprung. I went flying outside praying it was Merlin (it wasn’t) but look WHO was sitting in my trap-
I called my vet and took her right in. NOT pregnant YAY! Spay Scar (Yippee) No Chip- BOO. She is so friendly, oh my heavens, they were taking her blood and she was kneading and headbumping them! She was de-flead, de-wormed and when I got home, I contacted Susie to see if she wanted her. YES!!!! YAY! She goes to her new home ASAP. She is about two years old.
Here she is at the vet’s:
I love it when a plan comes together!
WOW and YAY!!! she is so pretty and she looks healthy. Concatulations ! so are you naming her Kismet? she kinda looks like Liberty!
If Taz wasn’t involved in that , he is for sure gonna take credit for it anyway. Talk about Good Timing.
Enjoy you new home, kittie.
Awwww…so wonderful!
You must have an “in” with Someone! Now you’re getting “strays-to-order”!!! lol
I don’t know much about cat breeds – I always like mongrels, whether dogs or cats – but it looks like her eyes and body are Siamese and her head is something else entirely. But I’m sure she’ll have two hearts soon – her own and Susie’s.
