I just agreed to take two older drop dead gorgeous calico kitties whose owner recently died and made no provisions for these beauties. Nothing mentioned in the will, no one in the family wants them so I said sure, I’ll take them! I have the room because of all the recent adoptions- but this is just a reminder to mention your animals in your final papers, put aside monies to care for them should you suddenly depart this life- otherwise they might end up like these two almost did- in a shelter to old for anyone to care about them. Good thing Mike is in the rehab center- his hospital bed in the living room is going to get crowded soon! LOL
